Question abt Squier Tele

Hi everyone, im a newbie here, just wanna ask, whats the diff between Squier Tele Standard Series and the California Series? In terms of performance etc.. Thanks!

in light of playability/ tonal assessments:

*the Std series sits above the California models in terms of make/ finish/ electronics- this translating to being 'better' is subjective

*the California series would match the Std in terms of tone despite the above. between these 2, the playability/ feel factor is highly likely to influence the buyer more
