I was wondering, if the shipping cost is included in the price stated at the website.. If not, where do i find out the shipping cost?

They take an aweful long time to reply to emails..

i've been emailing them because i intend to order a bass and a gig case... been asking them to quote the price and check the stock of this particular bass and a variety of cases. usually they quote me 10,000 yen, but in their latest email they quoted 12,000

eh 25 bucks can buy alot of stuff man... perhaps due to the different dimensions of the case i enquired the price was different. OR maybe its because the bass now comes with an 'original softcase'. previous quotes she didnt mention anything about a softcase. but the extra 2000 yen is strictly in shipping costs alone

anyone bought mij fenders from ishibashi before? do they come with softcases as standard?

guitar with softcase is 10,000JPY
guitar with hardcase is 12,000JPY

additional 2000JPY due to the weight of hardcase.

normally they come in softcase with bubble wrap but i guess pinkspider is right, the extra 2000 yen is due to the weight and size of the hardcase. i got the 12000 yen quote for when i ordered a guitar with a hardcase before.

its only 10,000 yen without the hardcase. be it bass alone or bass + softcase, it still costs the same.

the best part is the domestic made guitars are cheaper. it's like sgd500+ for an entry-level mij fender strat/tele/pb/jb.

GST only payable if the item is above sgd400

if u pester the sales agents enough they will send u pics of the products you are enquiring. and they sound very obliging, like "PLEASE let me hear from you again". japanese cust svc rocks

anybody has any idea how does Singapore charge the gst when our stuffs arrive? the total cost including shipping or just the cost of the guitar alone?

i asked them about this before, the shipping cost will only be cheaper by 2000JPY. Around 25bucks only. But i have oredered mine

surprise surprise, i emailed again and this time instead of wenting chang replying it was hiroaki gohno, and he gave me a 2000 yen less for the same quotation. sometimes it pays to drag your feet.
