Check out the bobbins and covers. Got a lot of different colours and stuff.

But do note that putting on metallic covers will alter your tone. Plastic ones wouldn't alter the tone if you don't move the pickup to install the cover.

true. they filter top-end frequencies. the reason you don't hear much of them from Gibsons sporting covered humbuckers.

i saw a guy in ESP forums who sanded his EMGs to make it fit into a metal cover. When it was all done, the cover didnt affect the tone. But maybe its coz the EMG's are actives, thats why
