Programs to slow music down

I got a real problem trying to play accurate notes when i listen to songs.

Right now i am trying to learn the solo for Tears by X japan. Unfortunately , i didn't find any tabs for it and thus need the help of a program.

Any suggestions?

Use pacemaker plugin for winamp. Do a search under google.

Just use Wave Editor that comes free with Nero when you buy a cd writer. I'm sure many of your friends have one.
