Hi i have just recently relocated back to Singapore and am looking for new private students.
I have limited spaces
Located centrally in orchard area at my residence
I have been teaching violin for 18 years, privately in schools and conservatory.
Studied at the Beijing central conservatory (same conservatory as Yuja Wang, Lang Lang) for 6 years under the chief examiner of music specializing in solo violin performance
Now writing, co authoring a book with my professor on violin technique and instruction.
Am proficient with the ABRSM syllabus and myself holds an LRSM in violin and diploma in piano. Have had a few hundred students go through these exams with high results
Have staged concerts for students and will encourage them to continue to do so
Proficient with music theory training with 99% of students with distinction in music theory
Have had students through exams in Singapore, UK and Beijing
Was previously a lawyer by profession.
Fees are $200 and up per month.
Fee structure:
$200 beginner (half hour)
$250 to grade 2 (half hour)
$400 grade 3 &4 (45minutes)
$600 grade 5&6 (1 hour)
$800 grade 7&8 (1 hour plus)
$1000 diploma and Up (1 hour plus)
Will allow a one time no obligation trial lesson for flat fee of $50 for 45min, for any grade or level.
I specialize in teaching all ages from 4 to 80
Students with lesser requirements need not enquire.
Teaching from beginners to professional conservatory level
Also will be offering theory classes in group setting
