problem with seymour duncan twin tube mayhem...help pls!

hi fellow musicians... I nd some help, i had a twin tube mayhem and it was excellent, and i lent it to a friend for her gig... But then, after some time nt using it, when i try to use it, there was no distortion sound coming frm it... The lights were on, no scratches and it has never been dropped or anything massive... Can anyone tell me what is wrong and what should i do with it? I really nd it, and id like to get it repaired....

bro- check if the input/output jacks of the pedal are not loose...

i already did... nothing wrong with the jacks, power plug, amp or my guitar... my other gadgets work fine... is there anywhere in singapore i can repair this?

maybe... it just requires new tubes in there...
