Problem with guitar sound ! help !

i using a kabletek cable , the sound coming out from my amp keep like got sound then no sound then got sound again then no sound .Everytime i adjust the cable head than got sound abit , then sometimes no sound back then must kept adjusting . How to check is either my guitar cable is causing it or my guitar jack ? Anyone could help ? provide me with solution .

Get another cable to try it out?

or just hold it in place and see which one is the problem in the chain, theres like only so many possibilities that could occur...

Guitar > CABLE > AMP

I saw one of the video on youtube about guitar tech . He say try to connect the cable to the guitar and try shaking the cable to see whether the jack is tight .and the jack is tight . i think rite now the main problem is my cables , any recommendation ?
