Price checking on an authentic secondhand Fender Strat neck

As title states, how much would an authentic secondhand Fender(not Squier) Stratocaster neck cost. I'm going to start on my project guitar real soon and I have to get the prices right before fixing my budget. Let's say if my budget isn't more than $170, is it possible to get one?

Fender does not sell neck separately, boy.

^ actually they do but it would be a custom order which would be around 10x your budget ( seriously ).

there are licensed by Fender allparts necks available but still, they are around 2x your budget.

the cheapest way to get a 2nd hand fender neck is through ebay.

of course, you can always stick the fender decal on any neck and make yourself happy.

Well you can actually get them from the custom shop but like what the person above said, however it would be way beyond my budget. By secondhand, I meant used necks which are removed by the owner of an authentic strat to replace it with another custom one.

I wouldn't mind paying 2x more if it is of reasonable quality. I don't acually need the branding, it's more of quality control that I am look for actually. I was thinking of a reversed ESP headstock initially but I figured it would be a pain to bolt it on to a strat body.
