Power Supply for EHX Holy Grail

need some advice here..
just received EHX Holy Grail from Ishibashi U-box..but the sent me a 100V adaptor..surely can't be used here...can I use other brand of adaptors??
will it effect the pedal?
the original EHX adaptor stated 100V 500mA..

u need to check whether it's ac or dc btw, should be stated right behind the 100V(here).

if it says 100V, and the adaptor given is 100V, then it should work fine. wad's the worry besides the polarity?

as long as the polarity is right (center negative or center positive), and there's more current than required(that means >500ma) at 100V(ad or dc?) then it should be fine.

err, singapore power is at 230v...

with adaptor in, switch on, imagine a 100v adaptor with 230v power feed in, most likely the adaptor will be fried...

i think with a right transformer, then it wud be okay?

yeah, a step up transformer will do the job. If not, look for mrmisse to order the right EH adaptor rated for our region for the holy grail shud be fine too
