No its not. I do not deseve a fender, at least not yet..

its a squier bullet, california series.After playing my epiphone les paul for quite some time, i got this to get myself started on single coils, comparing to my les paul, this squier is crap, but i got used to it, so its ok.

1. the lack of sustain on this squier is very noticeable, i need to increase the gain to compensate it.
2. there was a dead note, then i got it fix
3. the bolt that connects my strap to the guitar came out. Came out of the wooden body. I had to glue it back

Maybe you weren't aware when you bought it but... When I buy a guitar and can try it out. Thats what I look for. How it sounds out. Ot could be a dead plank or a gem. I pick the one which feels and plays well. It has to pass the "unplugged" test as well. I always do this. Many do the same.

Thinking of getting the Squier `51 too..not only does the Tele neck on it look tempting but its very versatile for getting lots of tones..haha..how much is it selling for eh?

Hey faizal, is the springs totally straight or is it slanting a bit sideways like mine? Because for some reasons, my floating trem's springs are slanted...
