Poly/Nitro Lacquer in Singapore? Can use other type?

Hi,

I live in the east. This has been posted once before, but like 2 years ago. I want to know where in singapore can I get a nitro/poly spray (can) here in singapore. Almost all of the nearby hardware store gave me nippon pylox (Don't know what it's made of) or an acrylic lacquer. Can I actually use this instead to clear coat my guitar?

Yeah, it is possible to use acrylic lacquer alongside acrylic paints, spray paints i guess, but be wise and use all of the paints from the same brand to be on the safe side.
