PLZ HELP > string too loose or smth

i recently tried open d5 tuning dadadd.... my 3rd string from the bottom... seems to be like a rubber band..when i play notes on it..it sounds wierd..how can i resolve this prob??? all the rest of the strings are fine

You should try switching to higher gauge strings 10s or 11s.

Dun seem to understand....maybe jus tighten it alittle bit more? or ur electronic tuner rosak liao lah siva
