Please help me improve :)

Thanks i will take note.

Anyway, people, is it so bad that it's not even worth listening/comment? LOLz. If it really is, i'll remove it. Don't wanna spoil people's ears.

:)

Hey ueirun,

The 2 most outstanding issues right now for your singing are:
1) You are singing by straining your vocal chords and throat
2) Your chinese pronunciation is improper, especially with words that start with the 'S' or 'Sh' sounds.

Someone else already mentioned pitching =)

You can gradually fix number 2 by yourself through READING (note: read, not sing) practice. It's good to get some supervision for the first problem though, if not you may hurt your voice production organs in the long run. Do give me a call if you're interested in singing lessons.

Hey bro, nice to see you here too. I think is nice and not bad. Maybe you should record Ah Bin song one day. And let go ktv soon. Got Yi Hang his version already.

Cheers.

You're type 2: has potential. go for lessons or get a coach.

And change the key. your falsetto is not too bad to be honest.

but yeah, pitching needs work. go and search on how to breathe properly. i seriously doubt you're not breathing properly.

i'd give you around 6 months if you seriously get help. right now you're a 3.5/10 to me.

Thanks jianrong and khaihan, i will work on it

By the way, may i know which specific parts of the song did i seriously go off pitch? i'm afraid i'm rather tone deaf, cant really tell. :(

Wheeeee

hm.. verison 2 is better than 1 one, but verison 2 you sound are very careful with your words and pitch which can lost the "feel" part. You have to imagine the feel, example this song to me is more on to comfortable feeling, relax feel. the "fake voice" is kinda out, i notice when you going to hit high notes you intened to stop " the flow" going.. few possible of "cnat hit notes" not enough warm up or not enough confident.

remenber no one is bron to sing. even they are they too have to go through hardwork..

well, vibrato shouldn't be forced in my opinion. sometimes it gets overboard and sounds like a vibrator stuck in your throat instead.

anyway, if you're tone deaf, it's pretty hard to tell you. :S

if you wanna do it as a hobby, it's fine. but if you're serious about singing, you should really consider your ability.
