Pioneer CDJ-1000s? 2000s? or?

I know it's discontinued but are there any places selling them second-handed? Furthermore, I was thinking about getting CDJ 2000, but I couldn't find any Pioneer retail shops around Singapore which actually sell them.. :/

I understand that Serato supports CDJ-2000 with the help of Rane, but I'm just another student living in Singapore, so instead of saving up for double CDJ 2000s, are there any alternatives for me to use Serato with other Pioneer gadgets?
