Syd was an amazing musician. Just listen to some of the early Floyd songs from piper at the gates of dawn, etc.

He truly was an creative musician. Just listen to Interstellar Overdrive, the opening riffs can just drive u crazy..too bad, the LSD badly affected him a lot...
