Pickups : Lefty

Can i use normal pickups which can be bought at guitar shops to be fitted into a left handed guitar? will it sound correct?

its the same, pickup dont differenciate for left or right handed guitar.

after fitting in, you will still need to adjust the pickup height/pole pieces to suit the setup of that geetar.

actually from what i know, the pickups are just there to create a magnetic field to 'sensor' the string vibration... lefty or righty no difference.
