hey guys currently... my "pedal without the board combo" keep on eating my 9v battery even after i turned it off..
guitar> overdrive>fab metal>flange>amp

got some problem.. yah im using those $2 patch cables.
ill play as normal.. usually usin the fab metal..using new good 9v battery

played for 15min then i off the pedals... none with a led on(all pedal have led), then leave it.. then the next day.. ill find out that when i stepped my fab metal. no gain no nothing! even led dim. then when i use my adaptor. it work.. so it seems that my batteries are flat so fast.. not even 10min of playing.all the pedal battries are flat. hmm why? i did not even plug in my guitar in while unattended.

somebody help me?"the back of the overdrive pedal says/"to ensure battery longer life.. disconnect instrument jack while not in use."

now burnt $9 for batteries:twisted:

yeap, u should disconnect ur pedals after use..
if have more than 3 pedals, it would be stongly advised that u switch to using 1spots other than 9v batteries, can save u alot of money and trouble.. :)

ouhh... ah i have the adptorss.. usin the 9v due to portability.. btw.. must i connect ALL the inputs and outputs? or only disconnect the input jack only?

I run my whole board of around 10 pedals on a single onespot. the only thing i find annoying is that my wah adds hiss when daisy chained, so now i run it on batteries.

take our batteries or cables if the led is off still it is by pass eating yur batteries ! haha i think there is always a first time for everyone :)

9 dollars! can buy rokok LOL

as soon as theres something plugged in the input jack, the pedal is considered 'on' and battery drains. when you click it on theres a slight extra draw to power the led thats all. something in the input jack means your guitar or the patch cable from the previous pedal. so yeah you gotta unplug everything from each other if you wanna make the battery last.

yeah...i was at g77 today, the on spot and the mc5 and 8 chains are in stock...wanted to grab one but alr have 1 of each.

u wanna leave them on? take out the batteries!
=D cause if u leave the circuit going, ur battery are going to drain itself and lose all that juice. so. yea take those batteries off or go for power adaptors
