Pedal Cases are always heavy.. from Gator to Pedal Trains.
i'm using the UK pedal board called Diago
http://www.diago.co.uk/

it's one cool pedal case with a detached top to be a pedal board..
but IT'S TOO HEAVY!!!!!
carrying it round and round made me wanna cry..

tell us what pedal case you're using and how you travel..

mrmisse pedal case FTW!
its pretty spacious in my opinion and not to mention it actually has managable weight.
I have one, with 8 pedals in it, and travel to and fro the jamming studio via bus with no or very little inconvinience. The little inconvinience being a crowded bus =]
