Here's a little short solo I came up with for 'Kiss Me' by Sixpence None The Richer, wanna get your opinions before I actually perform it. I know the gain is abit too high and the timing is abit off, other than that? input please thanks!!!

just imho. Take out all the gain, use strat with at most a clean boost to pump the chime of a strat. It shud compliment the acoustic guitar strumming part if theres any.

If not, a mild crunch tone for the solo be nice too.

If too much gain or over the top solo going on, it seem to take away the sweet lovey dovey sunny side up feel of the song and putting too much focus in a different direction

Imho
