Ryan Ross and Jon Walker has left the band due to creative differences from the band:/

The band (Brendon Urie & Spencer) would still be using the name PATD though.

as much as it was cool to hate panic at the disco i thought their first album was actually really good, though they had this really try-hard vibe.
