Orville guitars

Hey people

Just wanna know whether there is a difference between the guitars that headstocks display Orville by Gibson or Orville by itself.

Moreover where does Orville lie in the Gibson family? Someone told me they lie between the Gibson and Epiphone range. Others prefered the Orvilles to the Gibsons themselvers. Also is the Orville range discontinued?
