I'd like to purchase this specific model on their website that is under the Used guitar. How well do they maintain the condition of the used guitar? I've heard their service as reliable and etc, but I wasn't really able to find any on the guitar condition.
I didn't get to see it. The only show the model's name, manufacturer and prices. Other than the 2 pictures of the guitar that was shown, nothing was mentioned about the condition. Do enlighten me, have I missed out something or is there a separate section for specific guitar condition?
do email them and ask for specific pics/parts of the guitar you want, they can do that. can ask them about the cond. as well. sometimes the translated english on their web page is hard to understand what it means. best to email them and enquire...
I think ordering online would be much easier than going to the stall itself because when i was in Tokyo, 9 out of 10 Japanese do not speak english at all. :\ makes me wonder why so many bands decide to go there. Lol.
Okay, funny and not funny. But I rate Ishibashi's customer service with a +1. They e-mailed me back today (I've only enquired yesterday!) with detailed information on the item that I want. Although I have not decided to buy it or not and told them not to put the item on hold for me, I'd like to take this chance to say that potential Ishibashi customers should consider Ishibashi!
thanks for the info...If you dun mind...i'm curious to know...for 1 guitar how much is the shipping cost, including handling, tax, clearance, etc till it reach singapore?how long will will the item reach?
sorry...i know it's best to just email them and ask...but dun need to buy anything at the moment...just for future reference
Ishibashi has been very reliable to me, shipping both my guitars and pedals. Good communication and excellent packing makes me trust buying anything from them. And not to mention before the Yen grew strong, things there were generally much cheaper than getting them here.
