OM: Is The Opening Bass Line Too Long?

Just started working on an instrumental...need an opinion here - does anyone think the opening repetitive bass line is too long?

erm yeah.. i think it's kinda long. hahaha. but yeah... the bass is reaally stable.

thanks for the input, kaye. I played and recorded the bass riff just once, and then simply looped it through...that's why it sounded so on time...hee hee!
