old singaporean bands

Hey, does anyone know what happened to old bands here that used to play in pubs?
For instance, this band called Unwanted? I heard from someone they used to be rather good, but now there's no word on them.
Any more old pud-playing bands that have 'disappeared'?

World trade centre was a cool place to check out the bands then.

@Nic - the band Tania plays at Harry's, outlet behind Orchard Towers. the band is over 30 years old. Zul [guitarist/vox] has some nice vintage gear, stuff he's been using all these years. cheers.

Club27!!! One Santana, the other Hendrix, bassist now sessioning for Heritage, drummer sometimes play for Force Vomit. 8 years ago, they said they gonna die at the age of 27 just like Hendrix, Cobain, Morrison, Joplin and Jones, hence the name Club27. And they will be turning 27 this year or next year! Nonetheless, incredible blues rock band with incredible feel!

69! Damn, I have not heard of them since they signed under Mindseye Record. I love this trio!

and narcoleptia, u talkin bout stoned revivals? they had a song off the Cannibals album that was titled..alley cat somethin somethin...cant remember too.

and yahlah..the vets of the local scene, much love and respect to them.

i miss WTC amphitheatre.

forgot the name though.. :lol: i think its still happening either every saturday or sunday in the late afternoon
