Yes, the problem came with the first generation of Keystation Pro, of which I had the "honour" to find out when it first touched down in Singapore (to my dismay, of course!).
To identify it - simple. Just press the black keys down. You'll find that the lowest point the black keys can go is the same level as the resting position of the white keys. It made playing terribly annoying.
This problem was fixed with the later generations. There are also other problems - like the inability to reach 127 in velocity when playin, and inconsistent velocity of the keys. I think these may also have been fixed, but I cannot confirm. I can, however, confirm that the black-white keys problem had been resolved.
