In all honesty, Lauretta Alabons is the main person for me..
i mean, she was the personnel who brought Slipknot to Singapore via LAMC productions..
I was 17 when i bought the 'Morning View' album.. i got it from 'CD Heart', located in Toa Payoh..
the ironic thing is, i bought the album by chance.. i was walking along shops, came across a music cd shop, went in, shut my eyes, picked out two cds from the rack which had a sign overhead saying 'Rock', paid and went home..
btw, the other CD was 'Shut Your Breath' by Simon Says.. (u have to take a listen to this album, its way better than deftones and korn combined)
so yeah, ever since then, i purchased all Incubus albums.. they have so many beautiful songs..
but somehow, i wonder if they'll reely rock Fort Canning cos the platform there is quite huge and Incubus, being an intellegent, poetic band, i rather they performed in some room..
it'll bolster a more homely feel..
nevertherless, hope to see all Incubus fans there..
To obtain a bird's eye is to turn a blizzard into a breeze..
