Plenty of octave pedals can do that.
2 schools, dudelove has mentioned, are the analog octavers (usually fuzzes) and digital octave effects.
It would be good to research on the differences.
I recall a SOFTie who was trying a Foxrox Octron (analog octave) and commenting that it wouldn't stay clean... so he didn't get it, because he didn't get it. Sad case of uninformed decision making.
