Not too sure about my pedal

erm hello, i jus bought a Ibanez DE7 from the sweelee sales. I'm nt sure whether it's the problem with the pedal or what. Is it true that the pedal use up a hell load of battery power? Or is it sth wrong with the pedal. Well i use a cheapo batt, and it last for only an hour or even 45min.

I guess the battery life varies with different models/batteries. My g2.1 lasts about 5/6 hours on Energizers.
I purchased the adaptor, which is more practical and worthwhile. Imagine the amount of money spent on batteries alone!

some effects makan battery faster thatn others. e.g delay makan faster than distortion.

thanks people.. aah i didnt know that a delay pedal would eat up battery life that much.. haha yeah i think it's time for me to get a adaptor.

Did you disconnect the cable after using the previous time? If you keep your cables connected to the pedal it will still drain the battery even if it's not on.

yea.it shouldn't be the pedals fault.i think its the battery ur using.get some energizer it lasts really long.
