This is a very nice playing LA Sax curved soprano sax in antigue finish. The brand LA Sax is known for its high quality instruments. This curvie is modelled after the Yanagisawa curved soprano, and is a very good playing horn, with excellent tone, intonation and projection. The horn itself is in good condition, no dings or dents on it at all.

Curved sops sound no different from straight sops to the audience, but sounds much louder and clearer to the player, due to the bell position. This normally helps in tone and intonation issues, since we can hear ourselves much better playing the cuved sop vs the straight sop.
