I just received this custom guitar I got made. Ordered it in October and just got it yesterday.

I am seriously in love with this guitar ! It has replaced my old Burny Firebird as my #1.

Case came with the guitar.

Thanks ! It was $2200 US. Pickups are Seymour Duncan 59's with triple shots. It has RS Guitarworks wiring with Luxe Bees caps.
Kluson tuners.

The fretboard, tail-piece and bridge are ebony with a rosewood body and maple cap. The inlays, nut, and bridge are ivory.

Scatter Lee. It is probably the one you saw on MLP. I saw the first one and asked him if he could make me one. Glad i did!

First time i've seen a double nut for the jack. I like it a lot. Feels super secure.

You can actually feel the grain when you play, it doesn't hinder playing though, just a nice feel.

I have not posted on Soft for about 3 years, then I log on for the first time since, and I see a Scatter Lee guitar in where I presume is in SG.

The world is definitely small.

For the folks who don't know, Scatter is a Graphics Designer, Motobiker-ist, fisherman and actual wizard. He can make guitars out of anything. He can make his own bridges, pickups, knobs (seriously anything if he has to!) and all in a home made style yet with stunning craftsmanship.

And he lives on a swamp in Florida and feeds the alligators, eagles, manatees and giant lizards that hangs around his house.

His work can be viewed on TDPRI.com, where he has won the annual Tele Build more then I can think off (twice out of 4 competitons, I think). He made one that was out of materials lying around the house, and one that was see-through acrylic (could have been some other material but you get the idea). This year's competition is on right now, and Scatter is making a Tele to be wrapped in Alligator Skin.

He's has a big following online from jawdropped Tele pickers, and I presume as well for Les Paul players.

He probably made the case as well =]
