VIVO you can't see anything trust me. Last year i wasted my time waiting. HHEHEHE! Coz of the tall tall cranes near the harbour there.

Yes Bugis Mrt there.. City hall oso can ah. Its at the centre of City hall and bugis

FIREWORKS have many colours. Unless theres blue , white , purple flares. HAHA..

Instead of fireworks every year, let me suggest another alternative which not many know of.

At 12am every New Year's Day, ships in the South China Sea along East Coast Park will fire off their red flares and sound their fog horns. The whole sky above the sea will be filled with red flares (for those of you who don't know, think of red colour stars).

No explosive sounds, no sweaty crowd, no rowdy noised, just me and my girlfriend sitting by the breakwater =)

honestly i swore i saw fireworks from vivo during 2007 countdown. You'll have to climb to the highest part of the audience seat of the vivo countdown stage and look towards the city direction.

BUT

the fireworks will look as big as 2cm x 2cm biggest and the will be on silent mode.

hmmm...i was thinkin how abt suntec city sky garden...wondering if there can see anot
