hey ! just checked it out. i kinda like the versa -- hetfield sounding again. but the chorus -- sounded way too happy for the song!

the guitars sounded good too, sounded heavy but perhaps could be turned up a little in the mix

haha I knew you'd think that (happy chorus)... this one isn't meant to be too dark, it's supposed to be a bit silly (thus the 'Hairspray-ish' chorus). I tried increasing the guitars (unless you're talking about the solo), but for the song to be effective, I needed to make sure the lyrics were completely comprehensible. A little more guitar and you can't understand the words. But I appreciate the comments, and I'll fiddle with it a bit more

hey man! i prefer the slight volume boost you gave to the guitars, or the slight lowering of the vocals (not sure which it was) but it seems to be more balanced now, actually the song is kinda growing on me after giving it a few more listens. great work!!

Ya I basically re-eq'd everything and brought up the guitars a bit plus automated a few dips in the louder tracks when they obscured the vocals. Thanks for the input, I like the mix more now
