Hey I'm kinda new here and i was just wondering.. I'll be going to the U.S this December and i want to buy a strat there and i was wondering what strat can i get? and also one with maple neck and white body. Thanks

You should go check Guitar Centre out.

They have branches every where in the US.

They've got an awesome range and GREAT SERVICE.

When i went there, they offered me a cable and a pick.

Then they said "Try any guitar or amp you want."

Damn that was good haha.

I suggest, if you want a fender strat NOW, get it before February. 30% MSRP increase on 1st feb.

Buy it from someone reputable, e.g Brendon.

hmm thanks for the replies guys! but i want to try for one that i really like and i hope by then the exchange rates wouldn't be that bad. Feb is just 3 days away i don't think i would be able to be able to choose a guitar and i want to get it from america cos its MIA how how how? :S oh and i went to guitarcenter website and saw 3 guitars that caught my attention, but can anyone give me advice on what's best in terms of reliability and playability?
