Need help on guitar frets..

Hey guys , my i dropped my acoustic guitar a few days back . It was still kept in the bag when it dropped . And ya my guitar bag is those cheapo giveaway free bag which doesnt have a cushion .

So when i took out my guitar just now , i saw my 9-10-11 fret is dented and theres a bad line that cuts and scratches the surface of the fret badly . I tried to play the notes near there, it just sounds buzzy . I guess the only way to solve this prob is refretting it rite ?

So ya i'm planning to get those three frets refretted . Can you guys recommend me a place and whats the cost of refretting it roughly?

Believe that Maestro and Standard Value does refretting. but bring your guitar to a luthier for a quote, refretting can be expensive..
