Hi,
I'm trying to complete a band for leisure purposes like jamming and chilling out. I've wanted to keep it to friends but I can't find a vocalist whom I know personally that sings the stuff that I play.
Basically my bro and I occupy bass and guitar respectively and we'd really like to get jamming. We're both schooling so we'd like to keep it as just a hobby. If you must know our ages its 19 and 20.
We play mainly classic rock and blues rock. Mostly:
Led Zeppelin
Deep Purple
AC/DC
Van Halen
Rainbow
The Who
Jimi Hendrix
The Jeff Beck Group
Free
Fleetwood Mac
John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers
Cream..
Well a hell lot of Led Zeppelin though.
I'd prefer a girl who can hit the high notes of Robert Plant and I'd like a drummer who's a bull in a china shop. If you're a guy I hope you can hit the notes. I wouldn't like to hear Led Zep sung 1 octave down.
Neither me nor my bro are noobs. We take our jam sessions seriously and I hope my credibility on Soft accounts for that.
