Neck Scalloping

Hey all anybody know any reputable place that does neck scalloping?

Actually it's pretty easy to do it yourself. All you need is some time and a set of round files. There's a tutorial on the Project Guitar website, you can check it out. I've followed it and it's pretty easy.

ahh i supposed you did it on a rosewood fretboard?
doing it on maple is alot tougher, imho.

Have you considered getting an after market already scalloped neck?
Its a reversible change.

And I'm sure Malcolm does scalloping.

Hmm the guitar im getting doesnt come with a scalloped neck. icic keep it coming guuys

i meant, if the neck is removable, get an after market neck to put on. That way you can always switch back to the old unscalloped neck if you feel its not suitable, or want to sell the guitar.

malcolm does it. i think it's gonna cost you though. also, have you checked out customwerkz? their supposed to be quite good. and it cost $15 per fret for scalloping. here's their website- http://customwerkz.blogspot.com/

Warmoth has the service, $110 for a full scalloping on a neck you purchase from them.

Run you back a few hundred USD for a scalloped neck.
