Vicki, as a fellow maniac, you should understand that every once in a while, a man has got to do what he has got to do. I fell in love with my stapler and I can't help it! As much as I favour open discussion, open thought, open toilets, and the approach of the user roninriot, I have to say soft doesn't have the ability to maintain an all-open community and cater to politically-incorrect..ahem I mean creative..people like some of us. It is best to censor things here and keep everyone lovey-dovey.
And yes, in the past, you were ready for war, alcohol, women, as soon as you turned 15. But generally, East-Asian men have been looking young since > 5000BC. Speaking of Ronins, young people and young mature people, and Asia, there were 3 teenagers in the Shinsengumi pre-Meiji Japan, one of them looking like a man in his 30s.

I am hoping that this year's LIME SONIC BANG will have better sound. Frankly, last year, I found the sound to be kinda crappy. The bands were great, the people were awesome, but it should have coupled with awesome sound too.

i think its good to stand up for what u believe in, but i think sometimes it takes real guts or vision to stand down or stand back? maybe sometimes pushing yourself too forefront into something trying to prove a point might not be good. so before we say or speak freely, i think its good to lay back n listen then decide on whether is it worth my input? and not waste too much time.

I've made my argument, some people agree with it, some disagree with it. I think it kinda works that way for almost all the threads and is the inherent purpose of a forum to begin with. It was pretty fun though. I think you should read everything through thoroughly before you come to a conclusion, whatever the conclusion might be, it's yours to keep and have.
But if you feel an opinion is being forced down your throats, I believe you retain the control of your right hand over your mouse button to not click here at all.
Either ways, I find it ironic that you comment about a thread going on for so long, but in the end you post on it about how long it is becoming. Doesn't that make it longer? Could it be that you are - gasp - expressing an opinion? So how is that any different from how this thread begin in the first place? Hmmm... food for thought
