Isn't stavax steel use for tools and die? It should be ok without hardening haha.. is soild like rock. May i ask you a question, you use a Set screw to jam the tremelo bar?

u mean a threaded trem arm? or....

oh Set screw are those screw with allen key head,Fully threaded, the allenkey OD head is the same as the thread OD. Normally they use to adjust the saddles Height. It is able to fully insert itself into the threaded hole. I see that ur tremelo arm end not threaded. so I tot maybe u use a set screw to jam the tremelo bar. =)
