I have been a long time fan of the great Mr Eric Clapton. Here are some pix of my recently comlpeted home made C blackie custom shop model.

This is of course NOT A GENUINE FENDER PRODUCT AND NOT FOR SALE, only for my self use. Components I used for this tribute guitar includes original fender parts though.

BTW I have done recreations of other sig series axes before.

1. Bonnie Raitt - sold to a friend who loved it so much and forced me to sell it to him.

2. Mark Knopfler strat which I traded with a softie for a highwayman tele whcih was later sold

Friend of mine is doing the relick Jeff Beck tribute tele.... if he not the paiseh type I will try to get some pix

=snuffleupagus

sure if u want ...can simply order the parts and fix....

I hope to someday do Steve Morse's mongrel beat up tele .....

how abt doing a David Gilmour one, that famous (another) black strat with the short whammy bar... Your EC blackie needs burnt ciggie marks on the headstock :D

=bluesmonkey

Floral carved body is Japanese swamp ash done by Indian craftsmen

=Mobius

heh bro its not the relic one ..no cigges burns

Not a big enuff fan of Gilmore, unless someone commissions me to do his vintage no 0001 strat

Bro fgl, u have anymore fender CS decal to sell? i try buying it, but the shipping is 1000 pounds, where it stated there. im like.................

Looks good man, but the decal, for the next one you do, you gotta move the fender logo a tad to the right.

Its about 3-4mm too far left. (might be the angle of the pics)

Other than that, it looks great, especially the decals on the back.

Impressive.

With all the request i think you open an e-shop for fender artist replica ah bro....but nevertheless, nice one there fgl. Thanks for the share!;)

ps:: you might wanna checkout the eBay stores that offer decals for guitar restoration works bro. Some are really much cheaper with nice coating to protect the decals...
