This buffer pedal helps to retain your guitar's original tone as the signal travels through the cables and pedal chain.

Do read more about it here :
http://www.wamplerpedals.com/other-effects/clean-buffer.html

I've had the annoying ultra-bright green LED removed by a pro guitar tech. Works perfectly and the cosmetic condition is about 9/10.

If you run more than 3 or 4 pedals and experience tone suck from your setup this will definitely help towards getting back the clarity in your guitar's tone.

Considering letting this go as i've trimmed my board down to 3 pedals and they are always switched on.

Letting go at $80 (firm). No box nor manual. A new one by wampler with a switch costs $195 at SV.

Do text me (do not call please) at 8288-9887 to deal. Thanks.

So you think someone took the effort to make a very neat PCB build, same caps/resistors, same style, same 1/4" and power jacks, same battery clip, everything pointing to Wampler's usual workmanship standards, copy the handwriting for the serial number and fake an SV warranty sticker (or take it from another pedal without tearing it)... just to make $80 (not the cheapest buffer but decent)?

I don't know the seller but this is getting ridiculous

For reference, here are some typical Wampler gut shots

Carboxymoron, thank you.

@ Marked - when i bought the pedal i had the intention of keeping it for the long term. The ultra bright led was really glaring, so i had a guitar tech snip it off. This of course meant that there was now a hole on the top cover, where the Led used to protrude out from. So i decided to peel off the original transparent sticker (which said wampler clean buffer etc) and cover the hole with the retro looking sticker.

As for verifying the authenticity, i guess one could email Brian Wampler with the pic of the back, or check with SV. Thanks.

One look at the Hand writing and the SV warranty sticker say that it is 100% Legit.

Bro CyanideJunkie comment makes me laugh......it's like saying a 40 years old man definitely has more integrity
than a 14 years old kid. Everyone has a beginning and we were all there before.......

For info : I have own a total of 6 Wamplers pedal past and present.
