cos i might be getting my friend to give me a hand if im set on what pedals to get

fly to japan and you'll be pleased with how much you can save there.

your savings will cover your air ticket hehehe

you kidding? lol but anyway any which part of japan specifically? my friend went to hokaido but there wasnt much of guitar shops there and the stuff was quite costly reverted back to sgd

I don't think it's practical to go to Japan JUST for gear.
For Malaysia, well there's a reason why Malaysians come to Singapore to buy gear.
EG:
EHX Big Muff Pi RM480
Ibanez TS9dx RM450
Beta-Aivin range RM250

These kinda prices which make you facepalm. I've sold plenty of pedals to Malaysians who were eager to share with me the state of their gear market there.

shibuya!!!!!!!!!!!! the place of ahlians and guitars.
500sgd can buy you so much shit there you wont even dream of buying here (mij fenders, mij ibanezes etc)
the selection was humongous, only common sense prevented me from getting a zemaitis back. well i would practically be penniless if i had bought that stunning zemaitis, now i kinda regret not getting it hahahah

Jap girls... man hard to resist lol!!
anyway i saw the prestige haha did you get tax for it ?

when it comes to 2nd hand goods, it doesn't matter where you get it from. just see if the price is right.

Malaysia is not renowned for cheap pedals but you can always try. no harm.
