Music Man StingRay bass copy.

stagg

i also heard of olp basses which are the lower end of music man...
can such basses be bought at around $350???

also one more thing...
the stagg bass, anyone got a review or picture of it ?

aww

aww.. my dad is only giving me a budget of at most $400..
and my own money is used for the amp T_T
i really wanna get that shaped bass.. its so nice and will definitely motivate me to play it more often..

still considering the stagg but the olp really attracts me man..

save a bit more, get the OLP mm22 if davis still has them.(495 i think?) Its a really impressive bass for its price. 5 way switch and 3 band EQ really gives you just about any tone you'll ever need.

the olp's are very good basses, but i don't think the staggs are too shabby either... both are very good for their price(s)

maybe you can get a stagg and save that extra for the future. to me the olp is more of a budget 2nd/backup bass than a starter bass. save abit of money on that starter bass. if you're gonna be playing bass for a long time (or for the rest of your life!), you KNOW you're gonna upgrade one day

aw

i had been camping at buy/sell for almost a year T_T
none was in my budget T_T

oh well my dad told me wait for the EOY sales.. wat a long way to go..

i've had that before (though not the exact same bass, the flames on mine weren't as nice)

it was a nice bass, i think it would be unfair to compare the tone to a musicman stingray. it is what it is and it does what it does. passive electronics, nice tone though the output was a little low for me (though it's easy for me to say because i used to play an active, and my jazz has dimarzio's)

does the stagg bass sounds good?
from 200 to 300.. hmmm im wondering..
any one with it or has used it b4?
any review?
