Multi Effects Suggestions...

been hearing good stuff about the boss gt8. but you must be patient to sit down and tweak it till you get a tone you'll like. wanting to get one but im lazy to tweak

If you are lazy to tweak and not bothered with many controls becauze you want a simple but good multieffects pedal, then go for BOSS ME-50. I love it. It is so easy to use and sounds way way much better than my previous one ZOOM707II.

the biggest question i would ask is why a multieffector....consider spending 500$ elsewhere...
second hand rates:
DS-1 = $60
MT-2 = $75
Delay pedals =$120
Chorus =$ 100
Mods=$200

you still got a kickass setup that does rock and metal for around 500$ :wink:

I had a gt-8...if ur really into signal processing and modulation..its damn good...otherwise no... :roll:

hehe man i tweaked the gt-8 and made what i think were the best patches...even the guys from roland didnt know that much...did a lot of research and made the patches...IMO...a ds-1 unmodded sounds better than any preamp or od in the gt-8...

thats what prompted me to sell the thing and get analogs :lol: (curse you daniel im broke)

Yeah its true.. If you're into analog, should get a wah pedal.. With the above mention with a little spice of EQ, that should do it..

hehe i personally have a wah pedal ofcourse but just sticking to the budget for a multi effector you are looking at a very versatile setup...

so lotsa nevermore fans here eh....i must admit the band kicks ass...i only have one album of theirs though :lol:

Yeah.. But i must say that great multi effects must have wah pedal.. No Wah not fun..
