mp3 player doest seem to charge!!!

Still under warranty? Bring it back to the shop. If not, to Creative

i doubt vivo is a creative mp3 player, have never saw a creative vivo player b4...
anyway easiest way is to bring back to shop. but b4 that, perhaps:
1. check your usb charger, if possible, change one, to see if it's the problem with the charger instead of the player;
2. try charging with the usb port of your computer, to see if it's the problem as described above;
3. rarely, but still possible, is that the cable is the problematic one, so maybe change one if you have an extra to check if that's the problem;
4. try charging regardless if the player is showing any blinking or signs for maybe 3 hours, and try to use the player to see if the battery looks charged or not.
If all else fails, bring it to the shop then.
