My LED blew out. However, the sound ain't affected and its still actually doing it's job pretty well. Anywhere to get the exact same LED as the monte allums one in SG? it's like 1.50 excluding shipping on their website. they're chopping my raddish

Sim Lim tower. can get those ah beng super bright LEDS.

sim lim tower got tri colour led, multiple blinking colours led, ultra bright led etc. Just go there, 3rd floor and look around the shops.

multi colours one are slight more expensive then single colour ones, round dollar plus or 2. Single colour ones couple of cents for 1. Ultra bright one cost more, but overall still cheaper than buying online.

Multi colours type got those blinking and non blinking type, either it be indicated or just ask the auntie to test. They have led tester behind the counter to test one, for some of the shops i used to go to.

hehe, how did the led blow? No limiting resistor or the positive and negative lead of the led tum balek?

yeah will do when i get back to SG. lol. I don't know how ot blew actually. Maybe shelf life? My friend had it for 3 to 4 years and didn't use it because his cs-3 was unserviceable so he passed it to me after I got cheated and bought a broken Barber Tone Press. So the parts are 5 years old... which still isn't very old. but who knows? Anyway I just leave it on my pedalboard, switched it on one morning then clicked it heard a compressed tone with no problem but realised there wasn't any LED on. heh. ah well. cheap repair anyway. Not really needed just more convenient and swee looking.
