Metal piece on headstock.

Anybody have an idea what the small metal piece on a Fender Strat headstock is called? It's not the truss rod or tune peg. It's the one that the string sits on for tensioning. Any idea where i can buy it locally?

Check with tymc, sv guitars, guitar connection at peninsula plaza or even swee lee? I am sure one of these shops will have it.
