This is a Revision F head before the mass production of the dual rectifier based on the serial number. It's also the rare Blackface version.
Signed and inspected by the famed Mike B from Mesa Boogie in '94.
Tubes still have a lot of life in them. Also comes with blue power LED. 110v and comes with free step-down transformer.
Also includes the Mesa tour case in the picture.
