members sale

sweelee is always full of SALE Surprises... went to sweelee bras basah after work, rushing there 30mins before close time just now, thought of registering the MFO membership for the sale this sat.. but damn they told me to go to sims drv to reg. just my luck. walk home upset.. hahahahaha! :mrgreen:
 
will the american strats be on sale as well?

do you guys think that the American Strats (incl. the Artiste models) will be up for grabs at dirt cheap prices? Or it is usually the less popular stuff on sale with a whole load of accessories? what will be the items going at 80% usually? sorry, but i have never been to such a sale. if there is really a lot of genuine discounts, I will go pay the $100 tomorrow.

reminds me of the casino in Integrated Resort, we gotta pay 100 before going in... lol

all in all, at least they have a sale, which is good :]

im sure they do, but by the time.. i guess most display items are already taken by those MFO members on this sat pvt sale. dont u think so? this is reallly a good marketing strategy by em. Since its always a over-whelming response in every sale they did, they implement on this system. and furthermore, Its really tempting to sign up as a MFO member, just by seeing the 80% off sale discount... imagine an ibanez signature at $1900, after 80% = 300+??? wow!!! so its like.. u want it? come get it, but oops.. sign up as member first... *grins* :mrgreen: i just hope not becos of this, more and more ppl are signing up, so less chance to et something u want.. AGAIN.. haha!

there is a reason why the poster is "UP TO 80%"

doesn't mean everything is at 80% i guess.

if a 4k guitar is sold at 80%(that would be 800$) there would be world chaos! well but i hope it happens .

well mfo's have been taking our stuff for the previous sales too man(kidding alright)

they get priority entry man, which means they still get in earlier than us...
 
The length of the queue this time was just.... shocking, to me.

Also, it seems pretty much like the standard half price sale, most of the stuff I saw was at half price... since my membership was running out I got a $200 pile of drum skins so I don't have to get new stock for a few years =P
 
yeah the sale discounts is just like normal 50% off for all guitars [Not for nett price items] and etc. well i just got myself an acoustic nylon guitar... thought of buying an electric and amp but i guess maybe during the next sale. hehehe!! But i tink the next sale is only open for public i assume, since this one is already offered to MFO members only. So well.. just have to Queue... haha...

I went in... an hr later, came out with....


3 Daddario Strings....


Got an earful from gf waiting downstairs for not buying something. Walked out all the way, only to return because gf insisted I get something.

Walked up again with her (talked to the door lady, thanks!) and came out with the MXR 10 Band eq. NO REGRETS! Lol!

Didn't believe I didn't have any gas in there at all. And yes the queue was shocking... the second time I went up, I think I was the only one there :|

But good service from the staffs there... :D thumbs up!
