Maton guitars

Hi, first time posting here so I hope I didn't post in the wrong section.

I'm interested in getting a Maton EBG808 Artist but I heard that Maton necks are prone to bending, especially in countries with hot weather. Does anyone here have experience with Maton guitars?

My friend brought a Maton back when he was studying in Australia. Yes he came back with a warped neck but I think most acoustic guitars in general have the same problem.

I've played with Matons in Australia and they sound pretty good but they shouldn't be brought back to Singapore cos the humidity here will kill it for sure. They don't handle humidity as well as other brands cos they are born and bred in Australia which has a very low RH.
