Marshall-stack-in-a-box: Lovepedal Superlead

You could call me reckless... I'm a sucka for drive pedals.
Anyway, no harm to try? I get most of my drives secondhand and flip 'em for roughly the same price during resale, so i don't waste that much money while still being able to experiment with drives. Course, the drives that i buy, mostly can't be found in Singapore, and i also quite paiseh to test test then don't buy, it's like wasting the seller's time.
I suppose i can afford myself a treat once in awhile. :p

I too buy pedals without trying them for myself. But I'm not THAT reckless with my money to make my mind up to buy a brand new pedal that has hit the market way before it should have and you're basing the pedal's judgement on just one person's experience and words. There's not a single soundclip on the net. I'm not having anything against you at all but your enthusiam really is a lil odd.. I don't get to try my pedals before buying too, but I research through soundclips and people's experience with the pedal.

No harm to try, that's true, but I can't afford to buy every new pedal that hits the market so that I can try! Well if you can afford it then forget what I just said.:p This is NOT a rant btw.

superpotato and dudelove: I sold away the 7th not because I can't get a Marshall tone out of it. Because it's so highly tweakable, much more tones than just solely a marhsall-in-a-box, I spend a lot time turning knobs than playing. Haha...

jskadiang: I think the redhead have a lot more gain than the superlead. I think it sounds really brutal from the video I've seen. If you wanna sell let me know. Haha.

I've been playing back and forth between the superlead and pinnacle. I'll try to upload some clips if I managed to find time to do it and let you guys hear the difference. Then you can judge it for yourself. Don't take my word for it maybe I'm tone deaf. Haha...

Haha, no, what you says make sense. True, i'll wait for demos/ more reviews to come out first.

As requested... did a quick demo.

I believe this a "world premiere" Lovepedal Superlead demo. Haha..

Hope you guys like it! OH... pardon my sloppy playing.

just my input. i actually own a 73' Marshall Super Lead 100. and honestly, ive been through a bunch'a pedals. the seventh surprised me when i actually managed a Super Lead tone . maybe 80% of what the amp could deliver. i must say that this Lovepedal does a decent job but the closest ive had the pleasure with is still the Seventh. the Superlead is a generally pretty open sounding amp until an OD is put through it. the love pedal sounds like a OD into super lead kinda pedal.
